Can I Book VIP Seats at your events?
All our events are a VIP experience, one ticket for all – all our events are “Free Seating “mixed with tables and theatre style – depending on the venue.
What can I do if I can’t attend the event?
If for some reason you have purchased Tickets and then can’t attend, 72 hours prior to the event we will attempt to purchase your tickets from you and re sell – e mail the boxoffice@getclose.live
Can I resale my Tickets?
NO – under no circumstances can you re sell or transfer your tickets – if we see tickets on sale the tickets will be cancelled, no refund will be paid and the person who brought the tickets will be refused entry at the event, also both parties will be blocked from attending any “Get Close “future events.
Can I bring animals to the event?
No animals will be admitted to the event, (unless a registered guide dog) No refund will be made and entry denied
Can children attend our Events?
Our events are aimed at adults so there will be no reductions for under 18’s tickets ,entry must be approved in advance with the “ Get Close “ team – Some events may contain “ Adult only “ material so under 18’s will not be allowed entry to these events .
What do I need to bring on the evening of the event ?
You must bring the ticket you were sent either printed or digitally on your phone – all tickets have name and address on so you must bring ID to match this.
ALL tickets will be checked on the door before entry – we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone not providing a valid ticket or ID and no refund will be made.
